RESOLUTION: Declaring that a state of war exists between the the honorable Military Veterans of the United States of America, specifically those of the Viet Nam War era; and Cable News Network (CNN), Time-Warner Inc, and all allied news and media organizations.
WHEREAS Cable News Network and Time-Warner Inc have committed unprovoked acts of war against these honorable service members and the people of the United States of America through libelous and malicous acts of journalism and publishing.
TO WIT said parties wantonly misrepresented and falsified events and facts which occurred during and related the Viet Nam War.
WHEREIN after many years of character assination of this honorable group of American servicement and total disregard for the TRUTH has been subjected to distrust by the American people and defamation of character to those who served so selflessly and with honor when called on by this country to perform a highly unpopular service at an extremely traumatic period of the country's history.
THEREFORE
Be it RESOLVED by the veterans of the armed forces and organizations thereof, that a state of WAR exits between American military veterans, veteran's service and fraternal organizations and others affected to include all willing supporters of American veterans; and Cable News Network and Time-Warner Inc which has thrust deciet, lies and mockery against the brave and honorable veterans of this nation with no prior cause or provocation. Thereby causing distrust and indifference by the American people.
Collectively it is hereby authorized and directed to employ any and all assets of formentioned persons and organizations against CNN; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination; and HONOR back to those who served so selfelessly.
