Warning Order #1

Situation:

Instead of bashing the Vietnamese Communists for using chemical warfare and practicing genocide, they've chosen to attack honorable Americans of this heinous act. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. This has already been established within our ranks.

Mission:

To press the attack until such point as we are sure such a travesty will not take place again on the public airwaves of this country so long as 'soggies' & 'strikers' are still capable of operating computers.

Execution:

There are four essential tasks in carrying out this mission:

1. Recruit, train and organize.
2. Establish communication lines, links and channels.
3. Mission planning & execution.
4. Special Projects

Organization will be as follows -

1. Special Ops Section - Specialists; lawyers, commo experts, investigators, etc.

2. Strike Force - Core command and staff for the operation. The nucleus of one strike force company to be in place within seven days of this order and a battalion within 30 days. The strikers will provide dynamic reaction to day-to-day mission requirements as well as ongoing intelligence efforts.

3. UW (Guerrilla) Force - To provide grass-roots operations and offensives. Tasks include communications, intelligence and recruiting tasks on a timely basis.

4. Auxiliary Force - Composed of grass-roots supporters. Strictly non-combatant role to support UW (Guerrilla) Forces in the execution of their assigned missions. Auxiliary Forces to provide intelligence, recruiting, logistical and computer assistance to the Guerrilla Forces.

Staffing to be -

1. S-1 Adjutant - To manage personnel and unit administration.

2. S-2 Intelligence - To manage all matters of outside intelligence and internal security.

3. S-3 Operations & Training - To facilitate training (computer standardization procedures), generate operational planning and oversee execution of aforementioned.

4. S-4 Supply & Logistics - To get us what we need.

5. Signal Officer - To coordinate LAN / WAN issues, streamline communication channels, maintain communication security and insure that all media (computer, fax, internet, etc) are properly exploited.

Admin & Logistics -

In that this is strictly "volunteer" organization, funding will be extremely limited. All logistical issues will be dealt with via S-4 / Supply channels.

Command and Signal -

2. A secure information dissemination channel to be established at http://www.GreenBeret.Net for tactical and internal materials. This to be accomplished within 72 hours of this order.

3. A single 'clearing house' internet post office to be established at http://www.GreenBeret.Net for secure send/recieve communications and to facilitate dissemination of public materials.
